We stayed one night because we were moving into our new home, just around the block. First impressions matter: we arrived late at night, exhausted from a very long flight. We had a lot of luggage. No luggage carts to haul it inside the building and of course, no doorman. So, the very nice evening concierge helped us. To us, no carts is something bewildering. We wanted to take a shower that night, but there were just 2 bath towels in the bathroom, so we waited until the next AM. Lastly: Shower had black fungus all around it. Now, I live in UY, and know this can happen due to the high humidity of the local weather. But, one has to constantly fight it. It is unacceptable in a hotel of this rating. Period. Plus, the room was dusty. Someone should check every day that the cleaning is done properly. Finally, another unacceptable thing happened. We went to have breakfast and were reminded of its closing time at least 45 minutes before by the woman in charge of that area. I find this rude. We felt we were being kicked out. We did not complain because we had already done so regarding the above mentioned details and we did not wish to be a pest.

This is an excellent option for business trips. I strongly recommend arriving early for breakfast, because the restaurant area is quite small and can get packed quickly. As an Expedia member, they pampered me very well with a nice room. The only issue is that the window next to the bathroom doesn't close fully.
