The room and furniture are just okay, but the clean bathroom is very ok. I booked the room at 12am but the owner still texted to support, the housekeeper is very very very cute and enthusiastic with my family. Thank you

The room felt not bright, if not gloomy. The refrigerator smelled musty, the TV only had TV channels but no app to watch, the air conditioner was on and couldn't adjust the temperature, there was no fan. The bathroom had cockroaches crawling out of the cracks, there was no hot water. The staff's attitude was average, not enthusiastic nor friendly. Sometimes when I checked out, they gave me 2 bottles of water. The bed was probably my worst experience. The bed sheets still had many large damp spots, the bed was so bad, just turning my hands or feet made it creak, let alone turning my body made it creak even louder. The room was not soundproof, all the surrounding sounds from walking or talking outside could be heard. This room was discounted quite a bit compared to the original price when booked on the app, but I still felt sorry for the money to experience it. Will not come back.

Accidentally booked this Home for 150k, I didn't expect much but unexpectedly it was better than expected everyone. It will be a long review and here are the great things I received:
1. The Home owner is enthusiastic, not only is she dynamic, she is willing to run up and down
2. I am a person who likes green, I booked this Home because it has a green tone but didn't rate it very highly but when I arrived at the Home, I was very surprised because among dozens of surrounding hotels, Home has the most beautiful and outstanding color.
3. This Home is green both literally and figuratively, Home is for those who like fresh air because Home does not allow smoking, if you smoke you will be fined so if you are afraid of the smell of cigarettes, this is the right choice.
4. When renting a Home here, everyone can hang out comfortably because the Home closes at 12am, closed but not locked so you can still come and go normally. 5. Home still allows you to bring food to eat as usual, so don't worry, just help Home keep it clean.
6. New generation air conditioner, cools quickly, everyone.
7. At first, I asked, the surcharge here for early check-in/late check-out is 25k/hour. I checked in 1 hour early and checked out 5 hours late, but the owner only charged me 50k (with pictures as proof). She is really so cute and this is the best experience I have had at Home.
Even if I come to Vung Tau many times in the future, I think I will still be loyal to this Home. I'm not flattering too much, everyone should book a room here and experience a beautiful room, a super pretty blue Home.
