When booking, you should pay attention to the difference between hotel management and resident-managed apartments. I didn't pay attention to booking through apartments managed by residents. I booked 3 rooms but they were managed by 3 different owners, leading to a bit of confusion and time wasting checking in and checking out due to having to wait.
