- Remark: The shared boat reservation is subject to availability and required to book 24 hours in advance
- Child Policy: Children aged 12 years old and above are considered as adults.
* Under 5 years old: Free of charge
* From 6 to 11 years old: Half of charge
- Extra Bed Upon Request: Surcharge of VND 1,400,000 per night per person. The maximum number of extra beds allowed depends on the room you choose. Please check the maximum capacity for the room you selected. All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
- Extra Person: Kindly be noted that your booking is confirmed with the number of guests as above. As per standard number of guests per villa, we are not able to accommodate extra person. For that reason, an additional charge for extra guests will be applied and settled prior to check-in.

- Outside Food: Outside food including raw food, cooked food, instant noodles, or beverages is not allowed to the resort. We gladly provide storage at the resort so you can collect upon check-out.

The space is spacious, airy, creating a comfortable feeling. The hotel room is very clean and fully equipped. Especially the food at this restaurant is very delicious, the service is enthusiastic and attentive. The minus point is that because the space is a tree, there are quite a lot of mosquitoes, the hotel has prepared incense, mosquito spray, and mosquito repellent for you to use. use

It rained heavily the day I arrived, so I didn't experience the outside space in the afternoon. But the dinner is delicious, the view of the breakfast buffet by the river is beautiful and the scenery is green. Very suitable for short trip near SG.
