The staff was all super nice, helpful & accommodating... The area was great but I found there were not very much great eating places within the immediate area that is walkable ... The rooms were very nice & clean... The shower really needs a grab rail to get in & out. The tub is definitely too high . Someone else commented on it & I thought it was petty & shrugged it off until I experienced it for myself ... They definitely need to supply more shower gel on a daily basis 😊 We ended up rebooking for an additional 3 days & they moved us to a larger suite which was amazing! It was just across the hall so it was super easy. One of my disappointment is they were remodeling the floor where the gym & spa were on. I didn't bother to actually see if it was available but didn't want to deal with the disarray of that floor . I would highly recommend this hotel & the price was reasonable...

Everything is good. Friendly staff and good service, excepting for the room we booked. I expected my room with the window so that i could have a good view. Thus, I booked the premium deluxe double bedroom with the window. When I checked in, they gave me the room with frosted window where I couldn't open or look outside. I told staff to ch ange the other room as I booked for more than 1 week. Staff was very helpfull but unable to find the double bedroom with the window. A bit disappointed as it was our first booking and already paid. That room should not be the premium deluxe, its normal room. I prefer to book the normal room next time.

I traveled to Vietnam & HCMC a couple times every year. Typically I stayed in Dist 1 and 3. My first time here in Dist 10 (local/non-tourist area). The hotel is clean & my room (senior luxury) was large with a set of sofa & coffee table. My only complaint is the bathtub. It is impossible to take a shower without the water dripping/running everywhere onto the floor. There is no shower curtain and the partial glass screen does not help. The breakfast in the morning is adequate, nothing to fancy. It will get you full and ready for the day however. There is no swimming pool and there may be a small gym on the first floor (I think). There is a Big C supermarket next door that sells everything. The area has numerous restaurants, but catered mainly to locals. There is the new beautiful SVH Mall about a mile away. It's worth checking out - I just walked there a couple times. As far as tourist attractions, if it's your first time in HCMC, stay in Dist 1 or 3. Stay here if you want to get a feel of locals daily life pace. During my stay, there were a couple large tour groups of Chinese and Koreans. Overall, a very good clean hotel for the price. It is a bit far from the tourist areas however.
