I had to change the room up to 3 times, the air conditioner failed to reduce the freezing temperature, the cabinet was broken, it could not be pulled, the toilet was clogged.

The hotel is very dirty, the equipment is seriously degraded: TV without cable, controlling air conditioner, drainage of latrine, bad toilet, pictures in the room are all gone.

Although there have been many trips to Da Nang, each trip is a memorable experience. This time, right on the international fireworks, my family chose Bac Cuong hotel to stay. After 4 nights of hotel services, I found the hotel has the following advantages: Friendly reception, clean rooms will be cleaned daily, breakfast is acceptable, especially the location of the hotel Good about 100m away from the sea, so take a very convenient bath, there are many restaurants around, but the price is still high and the processing dishes are limited. On the downside: the bathroom is not drained, the smell is clean and it needs a thorough treatment because this is very annoying for customers. The hotel also offers motorbike rental services, semi-walks to Ba Na, Cu Lao Cham, Hoi An, ... but the price is still high. Through my own experience, I found that you should choose restaurants near Son Tra peninsula like Be Hien, or in the city for guests like Hong Phuc and Tuyen Son at Dien Bien Phu street near the airport. If you go to Hoi An, you should go to the end of the afternoon, eat at Ly Ba Truyen restaurant (with transfer bus) then visit the old town from 9:30 am to 10:00 pm back to Da Nang. As for Ba Na, you should avoid Saturday and Sunday, especially when there is a fireworks display, go early and can stay overnight on it, you will be able to experience the beauty of this resort. Going to see the fireworks if conditions permit, buy tickets from the organizers, otherwise you can go early and take seats on the Han River Bridge to see them as beautiful. I hope that my experience will help people when they come to Danang - the most livable city in Vietnam.

Old room, small and smelly. My room was damaged by the air conditioner, and the receptionist changed to another room, it was bad. The furniture in the room was all old, the blanket was colored and it was torn. Once come and never come back! Besides, the room is not soundproofed, the guests outside talk or the cleaning staff rang the bell clearly
