Everything was good, but when looking for the hotel by Grab car, it was a little bit difficult because Bao Long Hotel became The Jade Hotel. The staff was good, keep up the good service 😊.

The room looks like the picture, spacious and also convenient for people to catch early flights. We booked a hotel car to take us to the airport. It was almost time for the host to knock on the door and call first to avoid guests forgetting things. The room does not have drinking water, so please prepare in advance or go to the counter to buy water.

The hotel is located in an alley near the airport. It's not too difficult to find, but catching a car from the airport is a bit difficult. The hotel owner is enthusiastic and easy-going. In front of the hotel there is a restaurant. Blankets are not too new. Let's sleep ok. The experience wasn't too bad. Still giving 5 stars because the hotel owner is enthusiastic.

Bed sheets and pillows, including toilet paper, are very old, yellowed, like not cleaning old guests. The room does not have toilet paper & dryer, ask for a new one. No water, ask for a bottle of water 10k, the owner is not professional & uncomfortable, the room is old & dirty, the slippers are male and female. Overall horrible, never going back

The hotel serves 24/24 quite ok! Near the airport, it's easy to book a room and go to another location! However, it should be noted that the hotel is so close that the airport taxi does not carry! You need to walk out to take a taxi outside! Note paying 50k for a taxi! Next, the chicken noodle shop next to the hotel is quite good! Back to the room! So little room for electricity! extremely inconvenient if you want to charge the battery! I received a furniture room (Table lamp, fan ..) thrown away! Not satisfied with this! Next is broken air conditioner :( very ok! Generally just this problem! The room is clean
