In general, everyone should be careful when staying at this hotel. If you stay over the specified number of people, there will be an additional charge of 50k/person. They will not inform you about that in advance. When you go to the hotel, you have to ask carefully about what is free, don't be like us. The hotel says free mineral water, but it doesn't say that it's only free mineral water in the refrigerator. There is no writing on it. If you drink water in the refrigerator, you will be charged, be careful with this hotel. The rest is quite ok. The hotel's location is near Katinat, Phuc Long, near the sea, the square, quite ok.

It's okay, the hotel is cheap, so it's not too demanding. + Good location, near the center, the beach, near the dining area, the square, busy. - The water is hot but only slightly warm, because it's summer, it's not a big problem but still deduct points because my child comes with a small child, this is also basic equipment so it needs to be improved. - The room is equipped with a phone but it can't be used, it's inconvenient to ask what to go down to the counter.

Staff is very friendly and supportive when I need help. Everything is perfect: room is clean, air-conditioner is new and run smoothly without noise. Only 1 thing needs to improve: sound proofing is not good. I can hear people talking outside.
