Right at the side of the Cathedral, it's very convenient, near the Sword Lake, the hotel reception is very friendly, the room is quite small but the price is so ok for a room right in the center!

We stayed in Bluebell hotel for 4 nights and we liked the place it was definitely ok. Room was small but quite clean, wifi and aircon worked perfectly. Bed was confortable and the local area is great. There are a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and most of the main attractions are in walkable distance. Staff is really friendly

Convenient location. Room is quite clean. Reasonable price. Near the Cathedral. Walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake. If you can't get there by car, you have to go to the alley entrance.

After I booked a room here, I found many other places with better prices. The minus point is that this hotel does not have parking, you have to go to the nearby Hospital to park your car (about 500-1km away).

Arbitrarily take your own key to open the door for the worker to install the table while you are taking a shower. I've heard that it's lousy, but I thought it was the next room under construction. The lights are still on, the water is still on, but the excuse is "I thought you were out"? How many furniture, phones, all valuable things in the room. No courtesy at all. Good thing I didn't take the cage out!

The hotel has a lot of bad reviews, but in my personal opinion, it's not worth the money, the quality of the hotel is not high (no elevator, me and my dad wanted a quick room, so we went up to the 5th floor) very high, remember to consider) because it is located in the old town, but it is very convenient to travel to visit places in the inner city, especially when I see people complaining about the reception, but I find you guys extremely Friendly, keep things for our house before check-in time.

It's very noisy around the hotel. Room quality is not very good, no elevator. You shouldn't be here. I also stayed on the old town, fish shop, same price but better quality.

Phòng ổn với giá. Không quá tệ như nhiều review nói. Đáp ứng nhu cầu nghỉ ngơi mà thôi. Không có tiện nghi như ti vi tủ lạnh gì đó. Cửa phòng 204 bị hỏng không khóa được nhưng đồ đạc trong phòng mình luôn ở nguyên vị trí không ai đụng vào hết.

- The entrance was dirty & messy. It looks more like a bike repair shop, not a hotel. - Check-in: no proper check-in, no one at reception desk most of the time. The guy there just immediately took me to a room without even asking for my booking info. - No in-room phone but there’s a ‘hotel’ directory. - Wifi & aircon don’t work properly. - The room looks old and tired, chipped paint and all... The room and all areas are not really clean. Bedsheet was not changed even though I booked in advance. - There’s a fridge but it was not plugged in and there was no electric socket nearby to plug it into either. Even at a great price for a good location, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you want a humble and pleasant stay. It’s not a hotel by any standard. :)

Rooms are untidy and a lot of stains on check-in. When I slept, the air conditioner downstairs was broken, causing me to cry all night and I couldn't sleep. The attitude of the hotel owner is very unprofessional, making me not want to come a second time.
