The private room was so bad, I didn't even have space move my body so the next day I asked to change to dorm and it was better. They should take care better of bathrooms, that the only thing that 's unacceptable.

I booked a room for 2 days, the first day I checked in, the room was booked and had to stay in another room, on Monday I could go to another room but that room couldn't catch wifi and even 3G couldn't catch it, the room The toilet is not clean and smells good. And the hotel does not have a place to park a motorbike, a motorbike has to send to another place, the parking fee is more than VND 100,000 a day.

The bed mattress was hard, hurt my back when I woke up the next morning. Nevertheless, This hotel is strategically located! Just a distance away from the lake and must-go egg coffee shops. The name of the hotel says it all. We got twin bunk bed and the size was really small. Maybe the hotel can put more shelves in the toilet as the ones provided in the toilet weren’t something I preferred to use, so I brought mine and had no place to put them but on the floor. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Only 2 receptionists are right, both are extremely cute and friendly, dorm with large beds: with curtain, personal reading lamp and safety box, full locker. The toilet is clean, only the water is not hot, the cold season might be a bit tight, in return, the air-con is too >> good :)

I just stayed their for a night. All the staff are friendly and approachable. They even let me leave my bag in the hotel while I was on a tour, even if my reservation is about to finish in the afternoon. They are very helpful.

Small room, the main door is broken, the side door cannot be closed, the door and door keys cannot be used. Rooms and beds are not cleaned regularly. Room rates are cheap and in the center of the play center, moving the old town, the street is convenient to walk.

location close to the center, clean, especially toilets have 3 to stop me very satisfied. The only minus point is that the bed on the second floor is quite high and there is no clinging to the top, hopefully the owner will handle it soon.

I booked 1 room for 3 people at the hotel, only 1 night for about 362,000 VND. At first, I saw that the room was ok. but when I came to check in at 14:30, the room was so horrible, not cleaned, I could not believe it ... when I complained, the staff just kept silent without any apologies or measures, I asked to change another room, then the room was full of 3 people. Doing the service without knowing the priority of the guest is sure that I will never come back nor introduce my friends.
