You get what you pay for I can say. Good: cheap, right in the old quarter, very close to some tourist attractions. Very useful and friendly reception. Hot water & air-con work well, the room was clean. Not Good: very old and they lay old/spare mattress along the stairs.

Pillow is so smelly, the smell can stick on your on head for 2 days, even when you already shower, blanket smells like cat pee and seems like never been washed. A lot of mosquitoes inside the room, lift is not directly connected to the room, so if you got luggage you need to carry few steps to reach the room, electric sometimes will be cut off and I don’t know why. The room smells like moist and didn’t have enough air or sun to dry. On the good side, location is strategic.
