Chúng tôi chọn phòng cho 3 người nhưng khách sạn lại đưa cho chúng tôi phòng có 2 giường nhỏ xíu :( Đáng lẽ ra phải có 1 giường rộng và 1 giường nhỏ chứ ?

Khách sạn khá cũ, phòng view thành phố nhưng mà nó lạ lắm,ban công không có lan can nên cửa ra ban công bị khoá, phòng không có máy sấy tóc, bàn trang điểm, thiếu khăn tắm, dép trong nhà hơi dơ, sữa tắm dầu gội như kiểu lấy chai cũ. Vị trí xa biển nên khá bất tiện. Mặc dù đánh giá là khách sạn 2 sao cơ mà chán, lúc trả phòng còn tính tiền 2 chai nước đáng lẽ được free. Nói chung 1 trải nghiệm không quay lại.

I booked 2 nights in the middle of the week so the price was cheap. Everything is ok compared to the price. Because it was empty, she let me stay in a bancol view room with a bathtub. Hot water and air conditioning work well. Everything is just like the picture. However, the first night I slept without knowing whether the landlord or the tenant were fighting and swearing at each other in the middle of the night, which scared me. But overall everything is very good compared to the price. Suitable for friends who come down to rest on motorbikes and then go to the beach, then ride a motorbike to the beach. Will book again if there is a job in VT. Thank you.

Khách sạn cách âm kém nên nghe tiếng xe chạy bên ngoài, không có nước nóng nên đi gia đình rất bất tiện trong việc vệ sinh cho trẻ em. Phòng tôi ở tay nắm cửa nhà vệ sinh còn bị hư. Có chỗ bếp chung nhưng rất bừa bộn.

I check in at 17:00, not 12 but the room is still not cleaned. I entered the room and saw images like that. After that, I showed the picture to the receptionist to see when you told me I would let someone come up to clean. I am very dissatisfied.

I sincerely apologize to Nhu Y for this incident. That day she should have taken me to another room because the room was occupied by the tenant and the maid left the key in the cleaned area. Because of that the receptionist gave this key to her so there was an unfortunate incident. We hope you sympathize and hope not to happen to any of your guests.
