If I have the opportunity to return to Tam Dao, I will prioritize staying at this hotel. I just experienced booking a room with a balcony at a fairly cheap price, the room is small, pretty, clean, the view is as attached picture. The staff is quite enthusiastic, the hotel is near the central square, near the church, going up to Ba Chua temple is not too far. The thing that I like most about this hotel is the tangled path between the rooms 👍🏻 because the hotel has many winding stairs, there is also an elevator. And each place near the stairs has tables and chairs to sit and chill and drink tea. I really find the experience here very interesting.

Beautiful room, same as picture, good equipment, soft blanket, fragrant. Very nice view of the Square. Enthusiastic and dedicated staff.

The room has adequate amenities. However, the bed sheets feel like they have been left for a long time and are damp due to the weather. I asked for the bed sheets to be changed and they were fine, but please check them immediately upon check-in.

Reasonable price. Basic room facilities, clean. Friendly and hospitable reception. Location near the square. The day I stayed, the house next door was under demolition so it was a bit noisy.

นอนที่นี่สองคืน คืนละ 750 บาท ไม่มีอาหารเช้า ห้องพัก 804 วิวดีมากๆ เตียงแข็งไปหน่อย แต่น้ำอาบร้อนสะใจดีจริงๆ พนักงานต้อนรับดีมาก ติดต่อพูดคุยกับบริษัทรถที่จองกลับไปฮานอย ให้เค้ามารับถึง รร.เลย

Phòng lúc đặt giới thiệu 1 kiểu, đến nhận phòng lại 1 kiểu, nhân viên chưa nhiệt tình( khách hỏi 3 lần mới trả lời) nhà vệ sinh bên ngoài, không phải khép kín( phòng 702) gây phiền phức trong quá trình lưu trú, trên app ghi rõ phòng là 1 giường đôi cỡ king và 2 giường đơn, nhưng thực tế lại chỉ có 3 TẤM ĐỆM TRẢI DƯỚI SÀN NHÀ, chứ không hề có giường gây khó khăn cho người cao tuổi. Trải nghiệm của tôi hơi thất vọng vì đã tin tưởng chốt đặt hạng phòng giá gần như cao nhất của khách sạn mà thực tế lại thành ra như vậy

Lễ tân không nhiệt tình , xin cái chăn 2 lần mới cho , phòng ốc cũ , khăn tắm cung cấp không đầy đủ.

Check in đã thấy các khách khác phản ánh rồi. Mình không ngờ lên tới phòng trông như nhà tù. Không nhà vệ sinh. Vỏn vẹn 8m2, 1 lỗ cắm điện xa tít mù khơi. Phòng double mà dùng giường đơn :))). Mình cố ở vì lên đến nơi trời tối và nhiều sương nên không xuống nữa. Ảnh trên travel thì trông rất hoành tráng. Vào đến phòng thì mình không nói gì được nữa. Phản anh trực tiếp cũng không giải quyết được gì. Nên mọi người cân nhắc khi ghé qua đây ạ.
