Chicland was a dream! The staff including Trang was so great and accommodating. I highly recommend this stay, the location is great, lots of food and things to do, the beach is literally steps from the hotel and lots of water activities as well. Food is great! Book it!

Great location near all the seafood restaurants, breweries, massage places and more! It’s a beautiful hotel and the only one on the strip covered in plants. Tran and her great friendly staff are always there to help and assist with any needs. Just cross over the road and you’re at the da nang beach, which we swam in every day. Breakfast is included and has a fantastic variety available. Double superior room was very spacious with a king bed and partial view of the beach in which you could definitely see. We ended up cutting our trip short in Hoi an to come back and spend our last two days at Chicland. I have been recommending this place to all of my friends. Thank you and will definitely be re booking Chicland again. See you soon x

The perfect spot! Been to da Nang a few times and this hotel is perfect for it all. Across the beach, seafood restaurants right downstairs. The pool overlooking the beach was a high light. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are so willing to help and the location is prime. Make sure to get a room overlooking the beach to make your stay even more pleasant

Our stay at Chiclands was just OK. We paid extra for the larger one bedroom oceanfront room for 10 nights. Great view but unfortunately we did not know that they are building a new high rise next door. This made sitting on the balcony impossible due to the noise which began from early morning and lasted until after midnight on a few nights. Not exactly conducive to a relaxed holiday feel. The room itself was nice but the wardrobe was the smallest I have ever seen barely fitting in anything. The “kitchen” which was full of cupboards and shelves was totally empty except for 2 wine glasses. No other cutlery, crockery, glasses, utensils. The “kitchen” was a total waste of space. There was a capsule pod machine but no pods at all. We went to some Marts/Markets but were unable to purchase any. Daily housekeeping was very hit and miss obviously depending on who was cleaning the room. Unfortunately it was mostly miss for us. The staff in the breakfast buffet restaurant were friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely upstairs but again every time we went up there used towels were still on the chairs and remained there for a long time. Same for used drink glasses. They just sat there. Very rarely did we see staff in this area. The cocktail bar upstairs is very nice but far too expensive. A traditional Happy Hour would definitely entice more people especially when I can go across the road and sit beachfront with drink in hand for under half the price. I would not stay here again.

everything was perfect until i went in the room. i was not told that there was a big construction going on which was very noisy. my view was the construction site. it wasn’t a very relaxing stay because all you hear were pounding and construction people on the site. breakfast was great! staff are very nice and helpful.
