We had a suite on the 6th floor. Great room, but the dinning room was right above us so we were woken early each morning. The room was cleaning daily. Bed was king size and comfortable. The room had 2 balconies. Liocation was great. 2 minute walk to the river and park. 15 minute walk to citadel and markets.. hotel staff were great. Restaurant was open for a huge buffet breakfast but not sure about other meals. Breakfast was wonderful. We were there 5 days and the chef asked us if we wanted Western foods of any kind. Very thoughtful. The room had kettle, coffee, fridge, toiletries including shampoo and body wash. Happily stay there again

Great location, near the river and restaurants. Nice pool to cool off in. Breakfast is good.
Room was fine, except for some torn wallpaper, and avoid the 6th floor, as they set up for breakfast on the 7th floor very early!
Staff is always there to help!

The location was great, walkable to Perfurm river and inside the walking street, many good restaurants nearby. Food in breakfast is limited but overall is good with many vietnamese dishes. Room is not really clean but comfortable enough.

Khách sạn nằm ngay trung tâm phố đi bộ nên về có thể nghe rõ ràng tiếng nhạc + cách âm ở cửa sổ và cửa chính thực quá kém. Đứng bên ngoài vẫn nghe được tiếng người bên trong nói chuyện. Bên mình có bảo lễ tân mang thêm sữa tắm thì hứa mang lên nhưng không thấy phản hồi lại. Mượn thêm gối thì bên khách sạn bảo không còn dư chiếc nào. Mình đã thử 2~3 hotel ở phố đi bộ Chu Văn An trước đây nhưng thực sự trải nghiệm này làm mình không hài lòng.

Lần 2 trở lại, phòng nhỏ hơn trước, WC không thông gió được, hồ bơi, chỗ để xe cũng ổn nhưng hơi nhỏ, buffet ngon, nhân viên nhiệt tình, ngay khu phố Tây, khách sạn sẵn lòng bổ sung thời gian lưu trú cho khách

At first the room was not the same as the one booked on the web, the guest wondered if the hotel changed and got the wrong mistake ??? Staff dedicated, thoughtful. Breakfast is good for the price. Convenient location, right in the Western Quarter, near the center.

The room is so old hotel air con is not cold, we got the wrong room type, they gave us a superior room but we booked deluxe city view which is better when we contacted the receptionist they told me that my room type was fully booked that it. They did not resolve anything even I paid more than lower room type. They downgraded us. And aircon wasn't resolved too. We went outside walking street then they just stand by key card for aircon for make it cold but did not help anymore. We won't recommend this hotel. You can book other hotels nearby which is better and cheaper.
