The hotel is spacious, beautiful, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools are all great! Delicious breakfast! Large capacity, so at check-in, breakfast, swimming quite crowded. The hotel is a bit far from the sea, you have to take a car to go to Bai Chay beach.

The hotel has a beautiful view, spacious grounds, many photo angles. The rooms are clean, the breakfast buffet has many dishes and is quite good, the swimming pool is large and airy. Will come back when coming to Ha Long.

Tourist season so it's crowded, check in/out takes a bit long, otherwise everything is great. Room is clean, spacious, open view, beautiful. Our family arrived on a stormy day, as soon as we arrived, the bellman helped us get in and help us get our belongings.

The experience was quite good in terms of room and facilities. The only thing is that I had to walk from the hotel to the street to go to work that day. The hotel should have a means of transportation for guests in case of road closures and taxis are not allowed to go up.

Stayed at flc hotel for a 2-night holiday. The stay was generally pleasant, but there were a few disappointing experiences:• The room AC could not be adjusted from inside to switch from heat to cool mode. Despite contacting staff and being assured it would be fixed centrally, it was never resolved.• Slippers were not allowed to be taken home, but there was no prior notice. I was unexpectedly asked to return them during check-out.• Eating in the room was not permitted, which was inconvenient.• The gym was advertised as open until 9:00 PM, but staff informed me it would close at 7:00 PM.• The sauna required an additional fee of 250,000 VND, which was not clearly communicated. These issues took away from an otherwise enjoyable experience.
