The living room is very spacious and airy with a soft sofa and a large screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, allowing you to comfortably show off your cooking skills. The bedroom is cozy, with a soft bed, clean and fragrant bedding. What I like most is the large balcony space, where I can sit and sip a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the sea, it's wonderful.

This room is an apartment-style rental, overnight parking will be charged by the hour. The room has a kitchen. If you text and ask for a pot, there is no kettle. If you don't have one, there is a washing machine.

The room was generally clean except for the cockroaches, which wouldn't have been a problem if they hadn't flown into my face while I was sleeping.
This made me very uncomfortable!
I hope the landlord can do a good job of pest control so that guests can have a better experience.
The TV can be turned on but the remote control can't be used even though the batteries have been replaced. The bathtub is missing a button, the WIFI can't be accessed, I had to call for support.
The room is generally small. Suitable for groups of 4 or less.

The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped. Convenient location, a few minutes walk to the beach, close to the market and restaurants. Enthusiastic host, quick check-in. However, the parking lot is small and has to be paid separately, not included in the room rate. I think it would be perfect if there was free parking. Anyway, it is still a place worth considering when coming to Quy Nhon.

My family has a lot of people, including children, so staying in an apartment like this is very convenient. The room is clean, not too much stuff but enough for living, the cost is very reasonable. The living room and master bedroom have a sea view. At night, you can watch the fireworks from the room, no need to go out. There are many restaurants around so you don't need to go far, the only problem is that the hotel is very windy :))))

The toilet door wouldn't open or close by itself. The dryer didn't work when we checked in. We asked to change it but it didn't. The toilet in the room smelled. Overall, it only had those few problems, otherwise it was okay.

The location is right in the center, close to everywhere, the food is fresh and delicious but the price is cheap. If you want to swim, just walk 5 minutes through the park to the lawn, very convenient. The beach is near Ghenh Rang Tien Sa, a place famous for the poet Han Mac Tu.
