The hot water machine was broken, I have to take shower without adjustable water in cold weather. Some mosquitos in the room. The room near the soccer stadium, so noisy.

Room ok, but the service has not been attentive. When checking in, there is no guide to take to the room and how to use the furniture in the room. Breakfast was low and there were no waiters, only 1 - 2 you just cooked and cooked. The food runs out before the time runs out, guests don't prepare enough food according to the number of guests

- Power out many times in the afternoon (January 19, 2019) - Breakfast only 2 dishes, about 8 hours only 1 left. However, the foreign visitors requested are still full 2 items. Do not respect domestic guests - Bed mattress too hard - Service does not correspond to price

hotel is new, clean room, quick service. I was very pleased, only 1 point was the time when I was there, quite a crowded guest 7h and I went to the restaurant, there was nothing to eat (buffet breakfast) and had to wait. I think when picking up guests, it is expected that the number of guests to arrange meals for them will be timely. in general everything is ok.

Deluxe room book but no coffee or hair dryer. Breakfast is only a vermicelli dish is not delicious. Also clean rooms, staff are also enthusiastic. Beautiful outside space. The hotel should improve the breakfast for guests.
