I just booked for the first 2 days of August on trevaloka: feeling when coming here: friendly receptionist 4 stars) comfortable, long and wide waiting room with a place to rest. However, the room is not soundproofed well, the facilities are not complete: no iron to iron clothes. The elevator is not clean. close to the center, easy to move.

The room is clean, cozy, good air conditioning, but poor wifi. Friendly and cute staff, the old security guard is very thoughtful, attentive and helpful. If you are in the low-cost segment, you should experience this hotel.

The worst WiFi hotel ever, we were staying at the 11 floor, the Wi-Fi was so bad, connect for 1 minutes and offline for 30 mins, on and off, the room size was ok, clean but a bit old, everything work except for the Wi-Fi, the breakfast was average 🙁maybe bcoz they not have many guest.Location close to the beach, and shops. helpfull staff

The room has a small black cat running back and forth 4 black cats, one keeps blinking The glass in the toilet is dirty as if it was just cleaned The toilet screen is just as dirty The room door has holes :))) The air conditioner is on for 30 minutes and it's still hot 🥵

The receptionist on the first day did not let us check in early, which was fine, but the two of them argued fiercely. After 4 hours of checking in, we became cockroach exterminators. THERE WERE A LOT OF COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM, at first they were just small ones so we could stand it, but on the 2nd day it was really bad. However, the staff did help us catch the cockroaches with a good attitude, but for us it was a terrible experience.

The bedroom is clean. The hotel proactively upgraded the room for guests (which I didn't like because I wanted to sleep in a large garden but changed it to 2 single beds 🤭) The soundproofing of the room was quite poor because the guests in the next room talked loudly and my room could hear it very loudly => insomnia 🤣🤣

At first, I read the bad reviews and was about to cancel the room, but after sending a private message to the hotel manager, she gave me great advice. The service was really good. The receptionists were cheerful, enthusiastic, and cute, as were the two security guards. In general, don't be like me because a few bad reviews affected the hotel. The air conditioner in the hotel is hidden in the wall, so the steam coming out isn't too much and uncomfortable. The room has a TV, kettle, instant noodles, mineral water, soft drinks, etc. It's really good for a room under 500k. If I have the chance to visit again, I'll still choose Golden. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos of the hotel.
