Good customer service, I just booked delux room. It is not available, so they exchanged to us the one bedroom suite, super clean, spacious, newly built. And I like the bath tub. Great stay. Definitely will book again.

"At 9:30 p.m. housekeeping arbitrarily opened the door to the room without notifying the guest who was in the room, without ringing the bell, with the excuse of checking the room because the previous guest had forgotten something", there was no apology even though the guest had responded. The incident was reported to the shift manager.
