1, Phòng quá ồn, giường kê sát cục nóng điều hòa, cứ kêu inh inh cả đêm rất khó ngủ. 2, Thái độ nhân viên tốt nhưng nhiều lúc không có lễ tân trực, khách ngồi chờ lấy thẻ mà gọi phải 15 phút không có ai.
