Khách sạn cho dầu gội và sữa tắm rất ít chỉ trong 1 lọ nhỏ. Vòi tắm hư không thấy sửa. Không cho mang khăn tắm ra ngoài. Cửa kính đi ra làm trong suốt dễ làm khách bị va nếu không chú ý.

The room is also ok for about 550k / 2 nights. There is 1 weekend with no price increase when booking on the app. The minus point is not good soundproofing, the corridor, next to the room do not hear very clearly!

Tiếp nhận phòng 19h và trả phòng 16h chiều ngày hôm sau theo yêu cầu đặc biệt do đặc thù cv làm ngày thứ 7. Nhưng gần 16h khi trả phòng thì phụ thu thêm 150000đ vì quá giờ quy định. Nhưng vẫn phản hồi là tiếp nhận ý kiến và yêu cầu đặc biệt bằng mail và đồng ý thời gian nhận và trả theo yêu cầu của tôi. Thái độ không tốt, phòng ốc thì tạm ổn. Nhưng với khách sạn 2 sao thì có nhiều sự lựa chọn hơn rất nhiều.

I booked a room for about 1 million on Saturday and got a rather small single room, no window. The soundproofing of the room is very bad: every noise in the hallway or next room even upstairs is clearly audible and noisy. Toilet: The toilet floor is not drained. Service and reception: good support, polite Air conditioner: can't adjust the temperature. The location is close to the sea and the central area, so it is quite convenient to move

Phòng nhỏ, trong các ngăn tủ không được sạch sẽ. Phòng 8 người chuẩn bị 7 đôi dép rồi khi check out báo thiếu 1 đôi hỏi khách có lấy nhầm không. Ngay đầu năm đi cả gia đình 8 ng, ai đi lấy 1 đôi dép cũ. Khách sạn chuẩn bị không kỹ càng. Mấy năm trước book 1 lần thấy ok nên quay lại nhưng sau lần này thì không.
