The app said to return at 12pm the next day but it turned out to be booked for 2 hours. You should read the reviews before booking, otherwise you will waste time and get frustrated. You will have to pay more to change to a room for the night, which is a waste of time and money. The receptionist is terrible.

I checked the check-in and check-out times for 1 day and 1 night, but when I arrived, when I had finished paying, the receptionist informed me that the price was only for 2 hours of rest. I had to compensate more than 120% to be able to sleep through the night. I'm really disappointed because the first time I booked Traveloka, the information on both sides was vague. The customer is the one who suffers the most!

There is a problem with TravelLoka's search directory that leads to me searching for a room for 1 day and 1 night but displaying the hotel search by hour. Obviously, at that time, 1 night was displayed above, but below there was only the hourly room option, which was a waste of money and time. 1 Hotel that does bad business and 1 application that is not too smart. Both combined are not a good experience

KHÔNG RÕ RÀNG THỜI GIAN THUÊ. Trên thì bảo 1 đêm dưới thì bảo 3 tiếng, nhiều khách từ xa tới đặt nhầm và trải nghiệm cực tệ.
