Hanoi Holiday Center Hotel

The hotel is very clean, friendly staff, located in a quiet place, convenient to travel in the old town and to Hoan Kiem Lake, the breakfast is also very delicious. Great if the opportunity will stop by

The blanket is very thin. Think of the sheets and not clean. The room is old, dirty with mold. The room is damaged. The male staff who slept on the feet said hello. Terrible when checking in. All in all, terrible, not suitable for the price paid. Feel bad Better hotel standards should be checked. The images in the app do not match the real condition of the accommodation, so very narrow.

The entrance is terrifying with 2 aggressive dogs barking at you. No free bottled water. No house-keeping after 12pm

It can b improved that the signboard of the hotel should b more obvious. The first day I went, I just can't find the hotel. I feel that it is not sincere when they offer a ride for me to the airport. As they offer me with usd18 until the end make a deal with usd 10. But overall the hotel is clean.

Hotel in the old town, near the center. The entrance is quite small and due to the street washing car, it is quite noisy. The hotel is clean, cozy and the staff is really helpful. The hotel has elevator. I'm glad I choose this hotel during my stay in Hanoi.

Great hotel with extra clean room, nice and kind receptionist. They can speak english fluently. Breakfast foods were good and delicious. Big and comfort bed. We stayed there for 2 nights. We'll stay there for next trip. Tks Hanoi Holiday Center Hotel.
