The staff deserved 10⭐️ they were always attentive and taking care of our needs. We stayed in a double bed room and the size was good. The pressure from the shower was very nice. There is a very popular restaurant next to the hotel.

The hotel is really central to the old quarter. The hotel staff were very good and understanding however the place needs refurbishment. Water shower was really slow and temperamental and the furnishings are run down.

Great location - walking distance to so many popular restaurants, markets, the lake and attractions. Staff and service were amazing! The only thing letting down this property is the mould. Our room had significant water damage and it had been painted over. The paint was peeling from the walls and you can smell the damp mould smell. I suffer from allergies and they flared right up staying here. Probably wouldn’t stay there again, only due to that.

I will never recommend this place to stay. It’s terrible place not clean bed was stinky. Hallway was 2 feet wide not enough space to walk with your luggage. We booked family room and they didn’t have it they didn’t have it . Pls don’t rust there reviews for 0 star hotel. Never stay here

This hotel staff have little experience and poor training This is best exemplified by a phone call too my room at a minute past midnight to sign a document they failed to ask me sign the previous morning. Requests with room service ignored. No towel set in my room upon check in. While all petty annoyances, they are, when added together, symptoms of poor leadership. The food was ok. Room clean. Shower was strong but never warmer than tepid. Internet is awefull. It drops completely very regularly and at all hours of the day and night.

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, the hotel location was perfect walking distance to all attractions, restaurants and shops. I stayed in the deluxe room which was super spacious and room was clean and tidy everyday. Our bathroom looked a little tired and we had to wait for the hot water after each person showered for 15mins for the boiler which was a little pain after a long day, was informed our room was connected to a old boiler vs other room would not have this problem.

I read a review about ant infestation and cramped shower conditions after I already booked the hotel. When we entered, it was okay, reception was pretty, but rooms very run down. Bathtub broken and plastered up. Daughter put her suitcase in the cupboard to find dozens of ants crawling over it later. That night we found, while charging devices, ants everywhere on our bedside table. Hardly got any sleep from paranoia. The next morning, saw more ants behind kettle and on another table. Cramped rooms and inconveniently high bathtub. Extremely low shower head. I booked here for 4 nights but forfeited the 3 nights and checked out. Staff apologetic, it's not their fault but this hotel is nothing like the picture. Extremely run down and way below my humble expectations. Would absolutely not recommend.

The best thing sbout this hotel was the staff, especially Lincoln, the manager, who helped us make a date change though it was difficult to do. The front desk staff were very conscientious as well. If you need anything, just ask. Liked the breakfast, especially the fruit, yogurt, and a few Vietnamese dishes. The bathroom was not well designed. The toilet paper roll was unreachable from the toilet. The shower was hard to adjust as it was far from the entry and you couldnt adjust the temperature from the outside. Imagine that the water coming out of the faucet is hot and you didn’t know. Your feet would get scalded!

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in the family connecting suite. The rooms were equipped with all the essentials for our stay. We were pleased with the friendliness of staff (especially Jase at reception). Breakfast buffet was a great way to start off each morning. Location is extremely central.
