Great location in the Old Quarter. It's our favorite hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam. Our staging place for Sapa... Always a happy face at the reception with good recommendations for food. Strongly recommend this place.

all the staff are very friendly and helpful, Lee and Luna and the others Miss Lily and all those whose names I can't mention, strategic location, delicious breakfast, delicious pho, Lee helped me book tickets to Hanoi from Sa Pa, very nice bus cabin thanks Lee, clean room, hot water runs smoothly all the best

The staff at Hanoi Liliane couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. It felt like home to me. The room had everything I needed and it was lovely and quiet. A great location for all the main tourist attractions.

Nothing spectacular about the stay... room is very small but adequate, although for two people out would be cramped. Breakfast is small but very good, with an excellent selection of fresh fruit... noise echos in the halls and with thin walls it can be noisy

The place was clean but the area was very noisy. They advertise a spa but it is an outside service where the masseuse comes to your room. Breakfast was included.

This is an awesome hotel. The staff was attentive, polite and very helpful. They really did everything we needed. We were waiting to go to the airport, they noticed, asked for the Grab info then watched for car, then carried our bags. Service like it use to be. All this for a great price. Check it out.
