The hotel is located in the lane that the car cannot access, the sanitation is not clean. The soundproof is very bad. I booked a family room with no elevator up to the room to take the stairs. Room is very tight. Will not come back!

We had a wonderful stay here. + The room is clean. + Nice service/staff. + Great location. - Room is quite small but cozy. - No chairs in the hotel room. We forgot our ID at the hotel but the receptionist was willing to send it to HCMC for us without any fee. Will definitely stay here next time.
