Convenient location. Good service. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and warm rooms. Besides, my family's rooms were at 4th and 5th floor with a lot of packages and valise, but the porter was so nice, he helped us to bring our packages. Thank you Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2 for supporting and giving us a wonderful time.

We had an excellent experience staying in this Hotel, the room is quiet and perfect, the bed is amazing, and the best shower, the location is perfect in the old quarter, excellent breakfast and all the staff were amazing with us, they helped with everything, efficient, quick, and friendly service. They made our stay in Hanoi 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks to Jim 🙌 look after us very well.

The location is super convenient, right in the city center, so we walked everywhere. The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing, and the price was very reasonable.

Super friendly staff (Jimmy was very welcoming and made sure our stay would be perfect) food was great. Very ideal location. Aesthetically pleasing and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is small, impeccably clean. We were upgraded to a large room with a window (not always possible in a boutique hotel in the old quarter). Had everything we needed. Good wifi connection too. I was able to do some work. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. A special shoutout to Sully (reservations) and Jimmy (customer service) who made us feel personally welcome.
