Cute hotel with reasonable price. Polite and lovely staff. I got free early check-in, and I was quite satisfied because I was tired from walking in the sun and luckily got a room. Clean room, lovely bed. Water is a bit weak. Location is okay, walking distance to the beach. Front, opposite there is an ice shop and convenience store.

Everything is ok but if you don't come into my room to clean without notice, I'm a bit worried. I'm afraid that if I leave something important that day and come in to clean without notice, if I lose something or accidentally drop something, it will affect both sides. However, all the experiences are ok, the food is not very diverse, it's just okay.

The hotel is very good, the room is a bit small but clean. The soundproofing is not very good. The hotel receptionist is very friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious and has a lot of dishes. The experience is quite fun.

Mình có chuyến công tác tại Nha Trang nên mình đã đặt phòng tại khách sạn nhưng do có lịch trình thay đổi nên mình đã không đến được, vấn đề là mình đã liên hệ với Traveloka để hoàn tiền thì được đề nghị liên hệ với KS, khi liên hệ với khách sạn thì nói là lh với Traveloka và không muốn hoàn tiền dù mình đã huỷ ngay sau đó vì khách sạn đã đặt là không hoàn tiền. Nên mình khuyên các b có đến NT mà ở dài ngày thì tránh xa khách sạn này vì nếu lỡ mà không đi được thì mất tiền không có lấy lại được đâu nha

tôi booking và đã thanh toán trước gần nửa tháng, đến ngày nhận phòng tôi cũng đã gọi điện đến khách sạn để báo là tôi nhận phòng buổi tối. Khi đến nơi thì họ lại hỏi tôi ở 01 đêm thôi hả? mình nói đúng rồi, đã booking và thanh toán rồi đó, có email xác nhận và có mã đặt chỗ trên app nè. thì có một nhân viên khác nói với lễ tân là họ đã nhận tiền đặt cọc của khách ở 02 đêm (đặt cọc nghĩa là chưa thanh toán, và mới phát sinh giao dịch gần đây). Vậy là Họ nói mình không thể ở mặc dù đã thanh toán trước gần nửa tháng. Họ yêu cầu tôi qua một khách sạn khác. lúc này rất bực, nhưng do đi cả ngày cũng mệt nên thôi tôi cũng đi theo điều chuyển của họ. đến nơi khách sạn thì phát hiện Khách sạn mà họ đưa tôi đi khá xa nơi tôi booking, và trong hẻm rất sâu. chất lượng kém hơn, tiện ích kém hơn, và tôi lên app xem giá thì giá cũng rất rẻ hơn một nửa giá trị so với cái tôi đã booking trước đó.

Phòng ngủ có mùi hôi kinh khủng, như kiểu mùi nhà vệ sinh ai đi mà không dọn. Mình có báo nhân viên lễ tân vì không thể ngủ được nhưng bạn ấy rất thờ ơ chả quan tâm. Mình ít khi viết nhận xét nhưng thực sự ở trong time ngắn nhưng quá kinh hoàng, mình thức cả đêm vì không thể hít thở nổi với mùi hôi như vậy. Khách sạn ẩm mốc, mùi hôi thối. Mình sẽ không quay lại khách sạn này, một trải nghiệm quá tệ
