Really young staff and exceptionally good at their jobs. Go beyond to help in any way they can. Almost all things can be booked at reception. Can not speak highly enough about all the staff. Made it the best hotel stay I have had in any country.

Decent hotel room, even without the windows. Clean, great shower, good location, looks nice. We found it very cheap for what it was. The hotel staff are overly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice. When we arrived it smelt a little stale in the room so maybe air it out a little bit. Location is fine too and they have bikes that you can hire. Good for the area.

We booked 2 nights but room was not ready (some areas of the bathroom was faulty at the last minute) hence we were being transferred to another hotel for 1 night. Service provided by the staffs is very good. However, the hotel that we were being transferred to is not very ideal. Hopefully if such things happen again, they will transfer the guest to a hotel of similar standards instead of similar price. Overall, Hoang Sa is a nice, clean hotel and is value for money as breakfast is also included in the price when we booked.

great modern twin delux room, with a bath and balcony. breakfast was delicious, but not all-you-can-eat, maybe due to low season. about 10 min walk to the beach and 10 min cab ride into town.

The room was spacious and clean, and bed was comfortable. In our bathroom there was a leak somewhere as the bathroom was always in a wet state. The bathtub was sort of separated from the floor, not sure how much water has gone into the gap. We went to have a massage in the hotel, and later on we found out the spa is not a normal massage place, but more of a 'special massage' place. Breakfast was very disappointing, we could only choose 1 dish and 1 coffee/tea. No fruits, and taste was very bland. On the topside, service was good, staff was very friendly , and they give us good deal on car transfer from Da Nang to Hoi An -$350 one way. It's cheaper if you buy return trip. We hired motorbike from them as well, which was good as everything was so spread out, so we had the freedom to go further than we could on foot. The traffic in Da Nang is not crazy, so it's safer for riding motorbike. Location wise, pretty close to the beach, about 10mins walking max. Not much choices on street food around the hotels, only along the beach. We went for dinner twice in centre town,a sit was really good.

Limited breakfast, but amazing view!!! Staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were a bit hard for my liking, but each to their own. Staff knowledge on tours was great and we had a lovely time here. Would recommend
