Booked and paid in full, arrived at the hotel and was told there were no rooms available. The receptionist had poor communication skills and could not resolve anything except asking for the customer's understanding.

Closing a sentence that is intentionally vague to deceive customers! 1. The hotel allows early check-in but does not inform that there will be a surcharge. Waiting until the last day, I asked to rent an additional room until 6pm, but asked because the day before I checked in early from 6am to before 2pm, it was counted as 1 day of room rent 🤣 2. The hotel had 4 bottles of mineral water available in the room but did not notify them. free or charged. Wait until you pay for the room and then say it's not free and it's 10k/bottle. 3. The hotel introduces a car rental place, but the car is not brought to the hotel, the car renter books a taxi, pays to get to the car rental place and waits for 1 hour to see the rental person arrive at the meeting point, then wait some more. 15 minutes waiting to take each person to the motorbike pick-up point ==> feeling vague and there is no service called support for customers. 4. The hotel is old, the bathtub is yellow, the faucet is rusty, the bathroom is smelly and crawling with cockroaches, and the trash can has no trash bags. I think anyone who intends to go home for tourism or business should avoid this hotel to avoid the experience of being scammed. Traveloka should think about stopping letting this hotel post room rental information, because seeing comments from 2019 with guests also having similar problems, this hotel is really too bad!

The hotel does not respect customers, does not work professionally. When we got to the airport, and arrived at the hotel at 9:00, gave you the receptionist to see the room voucher for 1 double bed, but I asked if there was room for 2 single beds, could it be changed for me? You agree and give no further notice. However, the next day the receptionist announced that because we changed rooms, we had to make more money, I did not agree and explained that I was not informed about price changes when I asked at check-in. Later, when checking out, another receptionist asked us to pay extra for early check-in, I did not agree because we arrived early because the plane arrived early, I had no need to check- print early but the receptionist gave in early without announcing more money. In addition, when we borrowed a motorbike from a staff member at a hotel to go to a nearby market, the receptionist expressed an unhappy attitude and then reminded him that he would not borrow a motorbike next time. I was very disappointed, this hotel just changed hands, so it was no longer the same as before, there was no breakfast while the voucher included breakfast. And the hotel said that the web has not been changed even though the hotel has reported it, and there is no apology for the customers, but only take care of collecting more customers' money. I told you that it will never be at this hotel again if you come here next time.

Actually, the hotel is quite far from the center, but I am completely satisfied because it is close to the places I want to go: Bien Ho, Cafe Iasao Farm, and Gia Rai village to eat the best grilled chicken Gia Lai. Room is large and clean. Nice view. Old sauna towels. From the Manager to The staff here are all cute and willing to help guests.

Quick check in, courteous receptionist, especially the waitress staff transfer - the room was very cute! Rooms very spacious, drap, towels will. Slightly 10km from the center, but the hotel is full of services, restaurant, bar, café. The hotel has duck porridge, delicious chicken! Have breakfast but only 1 bowl (noodles, noodles,. And the breakfast rate is also per head, not head! Double bed room only counts 1 person, not 2 people !!! Other income is nice

Rooms clean, spacious, pineapple, staff very friendly, male staff servants moved suitcase very cute, everything is fine! But eat breakfast on the bed head instead of scratch head! Ex: Room 2 people only 1 person! And just eat the right one, drink a cup of coffee or refreshments all the money! The hotel is far from the city center, but close to the hotel are delicious and cheap duck porridge! 21g is still open only 20k / bowl. If I have the opportunity to stay in this hotel.
