Value for money. Good service. Food can be improved

We arrived but there is no pavement for you to role your luggage into the compound so you would have to carry it, Bellboy did not notice us as we enter, so we carried our luggages through. Check-in was smooth and easy. The worst came when we entered our rooms, it is not as advertised! The room that we saw in pictures for Deluxe Double was actually for the VIP room. We got a room right next to a building that has a rooftop serving food, the ventilation / windowsill installation was so poor we have to vacate our room from 8pm onwards, as the smokes begin to creep in our room! The music can be heard till late about 1am as well. Next the charging points, only 1 out of the 4 shown was working! Also, the position of the plugs was so odd, you had to place your electronics on the floor and hope you don’t step over it by accident. Other than that, the location is great, clean and simple.

Staff is not polite. In the morning at 6:30, I refurbished my room many times until I woke up just to get an iron and when I wanted to check out, I carried 2 large suitcases. And meet the same (male) staff in the elevator. Instead of rushing to help me, or holding the elevator door open. But just stay quiet, until finally the elevator door closed and hit my body.

The hotel does not work, I need to get 2 room and no more room instead of the room, there is a room in the middle of the street, there is no room, I have a lot of worries Boys out for men. Se not going back to the hotel now !! Do not use 3 stars

Rooms with heavy water leaked, staff asked to change rooms but did not support guests to carry things. The reception staff on the morning of December 25 is not friendly

Very good hotel. The only minus point is that the room near the next restaurant should be a bit noisy until 11pm.

A&EM Hotel is located in the central of Ho Chi Minh, very prime location. It is very close to many shopping outlets both for global brands and also local brands and to many good restaurants. The Italian restaurant in front of the hotel is a must try. The service is really good even though not all the staff in the hotel is fluent in English. Building and facilities wise, they are pretty good. The building is a bit old but totally acceptable and okay. The facilities and amenities are complete for the 3 star hotel and for the price. I will recommend anyone to stay here ;)

Hotel is nice, only need more variety on breakfast. But the most important for me is, this hotel very near to the Mosque.

Everything is normal, nothing stands out

It's near from mosque. easy to find halal food. Not too far from central post office and Notre Dame and the staffs are friendly.
