Beautiful new hotel in a quiet location near Train Street and the Old Quarter. Spacious room and friendly staff.

I thought the facility was beautiful and clean. Staff was personable and accommodating. If I go back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Very kind people here and nice to stay here. Everytime again.

Location was fantastic but the overall hotel was more like a 4 star. Room was noisy. Air con dripping water. Shower leaked water. Bed uncomfortable.

It is really too bad they pulled a bait and switch with me as the minute I stepped into this property I squealed with excitement, clearly brand new and felt more of an upscale vibe to it. Then this happened ..I booked and paid extra for, mind you. A double room with BALCONY and GARDEN view, the hotel personnel with the biggest smile on their faces gave me and upgrade ! How very nice of them right? No. A downgrade is what I received. No balcony and no courtyard view. 2nd floor facing the street . This would be fine if the selection I made wasn’t specifically for a balcony and courtyard view. The moral of the story, be aware of this and be ready to turn around at the entrance of room if they do this. The most puzzling part of this is what they said to me is it was subject to availability.. except if I paid for something very specific, it should be available right.?

The hotel and staff are great they really do as much as they can for you. I do however have to say that the pictures of the sky bar on the website are totally different to what is actually onsite. Which I believe to be misleading at best. Basically none of it exists other than 6 x sunbeds and a couple of sofas. I have attached screen shots of website pictures that show something that is simply not there.These need to be removed as they are misleading. Higher management needs to deal with this asap. Other than that the hotel is good.

We had a great stay. Newer property, exceptionally helpful front desk staff, best breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend for Hanoi stay new old town.

I loved this hotel. Boutique. Personal service. Maître D remembered our orders from the two other stays.

Staff is super friendly. Room is spacious, clean and lots of amenities. The price is very affordable, I’d recommend to anyone

New, clean and comfortable in a central location. Breakfast buffet was also good with a wide variety!

It’s a new hotel so I’m sure they will get to 5 stars soon, but while I was there the pool and roof top weren’t open as yet and although the breakfast was fantastic they had no dinner option.

시끄러운 오토바이 소리가 안들려 가정 좋았고 시설이 새호텔이라 깨끗하고 낡지않아 좋았어요. 직원들도 친절하고 적극적입니다. 호텔위치도 구시가지와 호안끼엔 걸을수 있는 거리라 좋았고 가까운 시장과 기차길 근처 싸게 먹을 베트남 국수맛집도 호텔서 소개해주어 일일 일 쌀국수했어요. 새벽도착이라 호텔서 유료차량 픽업이용했는데 편했어요. 다만 체크안때 아침식사 이야길 안해줘 마지막날 빼고 모두 아침 밖에서 사먹었는데 나중 직원이 생과일 주스써비스 사과도 받아서 덜 불쾌했네요. 추천합니다

Property was brand new and everything felt very luxurious. Staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our trip went smoothly. I highly recommend staying here!

Our Stay with Hotel De Lagom was amazing. I truly believe this is the best hotel in Hanoi! We travelled as a family from Australia with two young children, so finding a hotel with a great location and world class amenities was our top priority. The Hotel is brand new- only opening a few weeks prior to our stay and I can say whole heartily, it was a privilege to be one of their first customers. When we arrived, our family was immediately treated with: exceptional customer service from every staff member, attending to our luggage, and offered refreshments to our children. They were truly world class! We had a slight family situation during our stay and the staff looked after us like we were family. They were so comforting to my partner and myself, and even entertained our children by styling my daughter's hair and making them laugh. The Hotel is graciously styled with a modern contemporary design. I later found out that the owner (who I had the pleasure of meeting nearing the end of our stay), designed majority of the interior himself. The room sizes are very generous and extremely clean- which only complements the sharp modern room designs. The cleaning staff were extremely friendly as well and very thorough when attending our room. To top it all off, the hotel location is perfectly situated-only a 3 min walk away from the famous Train Street!! also worth noting that there are about 4 different cafes/coffee shops on the hotel street, which is perfect for any family

Amazing property, staff are super helpful and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. James welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. Have already booked a room to come back next week during our travels.

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel De Lagom! Location: Being so close to the city center was a huge plus. We were able to easily walk to many of the top attractions and explore the vibrant city life. Spotless and Modern: The hotel was impeccably clean and modern, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace with the beautiful sunset view. The swimming pool is nice, although we can't swim in the winter ^^ Eco-Conscious: We appreciated the hotel's commitment to environmental protection. It was refreshing to see sustainable practices implemented. Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a good variety of options to start our day. Warm Hospitality: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, highly recommended.
