The hotel left a bad impression and don't want to come back! + The staff is not very enthusiastic. + About the room: no one to clean, also no kettle, hangers, hot and cold water for bathing. We rented a room for 4 people x 8 days, and only cleaned it for 1 day. When in doubt, tell us. In general, customer care is very sketchy. Well, we've got a nice guy at the front desk for us to send to the fridge.

Oh my god, the two staffs are so cute. Thank you both. They are so enthusiastic, I recommend everyone. The staff lent me a phone charger, gave me directions, and had fun chatting:))) The hotel is cheap but ok, the toilet is a bit small but the price is reasonable. The air conditioner is very cold and there is also a fan. The bed sheets look clean but a bit itchy, I don't know why :> In general, with such a cheap price, I rate it 8/10 VND ❤️

Cheap room compared to surrounding area, easy to find frontage location, clean and tidy room, hot water, air conditioner, fan. Can't ask for anything more with this cheap room price. If I need to stay near the bus station, I will choose this hotel. Oh, and the receptionist is also very enthusiastic and hospitable.

Dirty, filthy, rotten, shabby. Not sure if it's a motel or a warehouse. No air conditioning, cockroaches running on the bed, no elevator. Anyone staying here will just waste money, highly recommended.

We went in a group of 4 in a comfortable, spacious double room. Good quality service, enthusiastic staff. We borrowed a kettle to cook noodles, and he gave us eggs, sausages and chili sauce. Super cute. In terms of facilities, there is a parking space, clean and cool, but I need to make up, so the lights are not very bright. There is a hanger provided but there is no cabinet, the toilet is quite ok but the wall has black plaque that looks a bit old. For the price, I think it's ok. Cheap hotel. Also fully equipped with air conditioning, hot water, etc. Right on the road, easy to navigate. Pretty good in the area. Staff are always very enthusiastic. I have forgotten my phone but still find it reliably. Will come back if I go to work again.
