We stayed at this hotel for one night. Paid full day price for a motorbike that they only let us have for 8 hours. It wasn't very safe because the door's lock was broken.
They have a sign for how much the water in the minibar costs. We bought 1 liter of water and at checkout they wanted more money than what was written on the sign... never coming back here.

See one big cockroach is running in front of the room. Old room has no windows. Toilet is black marble and old. The terrible breakfast with hard bread as show in photo. I just stay in smaller hostel but all are better. The reception lady is very good and helpful.

The hotel is quite nice location, in front of the old town and behind is Thu Bon river. Very close to the walking street and Hoi An market. The surrounding cuisine area is also abundant. However, the hotel rooms are quite small due to the style of the guild. But the receptionists are quite friendly and enthusiastic. Very satisfied with the service style

Standard room 109. There are a few remarks as follows:
- Reception: I check in at about 20h30, reception staff is not very friendly. The next morning, the new receptionist was very enthusiastic
- Breakfast: Beef noodles are made from instant noodles
- Rooms: There are only lightning bolts, dark room, it looks humid, not airy. Air conditioning for 1 hour off, I can not sleep. But the plus point is small but fully equipped rooms, hair dryer, strong water
- Location: behind the river, near the old town, to visit the very convenient
- Services: rent motorbikes, bicycles always. Hoi An is small, walking is all points.
I only stayed one night, so found that also fit the price 269K.
If you want to stay in this hotel, the check in check air conditioning is like saying you do not. Insomnia is very tired.

- the room is very small, the door lock feels unsafe. - dark toalet, weak tap, leaking, no spray. - Old bed, subsidence, lie down. - Nice location, near the market.

baby room, secret room like prison, far from center about 3km, receptionist attitude when i ask to upgrade room, receptionist has raised the price of my room to double, even though the room i need change only a little bigger, because I went with the elderly and the newborn ... 3 * in the system, but the receptionist told me "a 1 * hotel is only like this" "furniture room" old, moldy, horribly dirty, I only stayed in the guild for a night, but like a horrible vacation, the toilet was so smelly, so tight that I just went back to my birth and found that I could not rotate, not equal to Student accommodation rent 500k / month
