We arrived in Da Nang and were meant to stay at a different property but when we arrived there we discovered it closed! I booked this place from the front steps of the closed location and took about 10 minutes to find. When we arrived they had our reservation, check in was easy and the room was nice and also fairly large with a comfy bed. Bathroom with shower takes a bit to get up but then is very hot when turned all the way up which was awesome. Very close to the beach and just off main drag so lots to do - the main drag is very obviously aimed at tourists and a bit pricier for food, etc but if you go just off of it here is delicious local food for less. The staff are always at the desk, with someone even sleeping there Incase you need anything. The lady working also spoke decent English and her directions were helpful when I needed to find a pharmacy and she also provided a map to the bus when we were ready to head to Hoi An. We were meant to stay 3 nights but extended to 5 due to poor weather (we wanted to go to the beach which is beautiful with the softest sand I have ever seen!) this has been my favorite place in Vietnam so far, only downside were there were some tiny ants in the room but this seems to be everywhere in Da Nang (even on our bus). Also it can be loud with the windows open considering it is so close to the main road and the Vietnam traffic. Overall happy and would stay again especially considering nothing in Da Nang can come close to the price!

The hotel was clean, the rooms were adorable, the wifi was great for the most part, the staff always had smiles and the laundry service was great. I really cannot think of one bad thing to say about this facility. The beaches are beautiful and a quick walk to the closest one, 5-mintes.

Phòng sạch , có nước nóng lạnh , sữa tắm dầu gội , có ghế tình yêu cho ai có nhu cầu luôn nha 😁😁 , tiếc là mình đi với con trai cưng 😄😄 , mình vô lúc 13h khách sạn vẫn cho mình nhận phòng sớm , cám ơn khách sạn ❤️❤️❤️

Room is good, cool. But it seems the reception is not very happy. I feel quite shy when going and coming back. My room is on the 3rd floor but there is no wifi, I have to catch wifi on the 2nd floor but I am very weak. I have to register for 3g during my stay at the motel. I stayed here for 5 days, but on the last day, I still had a few hours to check out before I was suggested by the receptionist if I needed to clean the room. I feel that the experience here is very bad.

The hotel room advertising picture is not the same as the real thing, the bed sheets are not changed every day and the feeling is dirty and not clean but still have to be used! Other than that, no problem!

Địa điểm dễ tìm kiếm, gần biển, xung quanh có nhiều quán ăn nhẹ và ăn sáng rất thuận lợi để đi bộ ăn sáng xong về khách sạn chờ xe tour đến đón, nhân viên rất thân thiện, phòng không được mới nhưng đầy đủ tiện nghi, giá cả thì quá ngon cho 1 nơi có tất cả các ưu điểm trên. có dịp quay lại nhất định sẽ tới đây

Extremely dirty room. Let the guest up when the room has not been cleaned, anything, the pillow is still full of hair from the previous guest. I said later that I could replace the pillow cover with another mattress, but I had to leave early in the morning because it was too itchy. The air conditioner is still broken. Accept that the room can be small but must be clean, really haunting, will never come back.

Em đặt phòng với giá của khách sạn bình dân. Nhưng thực tế này là nhà nghỉ. Chuyện không có gì đáng nói nếu không gặp phải sự cố phòng và thái độ của chị lễ tân. Em đến phòng sớm (nhưng không có nhu cầu check in sớm, sẵn sàng ngồi đợi), nhân viên đưa chìa khoá phòng và bảo đây là phòng của em (không hề nói là phòng chờ nghỉ tạm hay gì cả), có thể lên phòng sớm. Phòng bẩn và rất hôi. Báo với lễ tân thì lễ tân cũng không thèm nhìn mặt khách mà đưa chìa khoá phòng khác bảo thế chị đổi sang phòng này đi (phòng này cũng tệ như phòng vừa rồi) Em ngõ ý muốn hủy phòng và hỏi về chính sách hoàn tiền. Nhân viên chỉ nói "Chị đặt trên travel thì liên hệ với travel đi", thái độ rất thờ ơ với khách. Sau đó em phải liên hệ travel, làm việc với chủ mới được giải quyết đổi phòng khác (phòng này mới đúng là phòng em đặt) và có ổn hơn một chút. Mặc dù chủ đã tích cực giải quyết vấn đề nhưng không thể thông cảm Phòng cũ, ồn( phòng không có cách âm, cửa nhôm ọp ẹp, khách 12h vẫn ồn), kèm theo thái độ nhân viên tệ và không tôn trọng khách. Mọi người nên cân nhắc khi chọn chỗ nghỉ.
