Kay Han Riverfront Hotel Da Nang

The hotel's central location makes it ideal for family vacations.

I stayed at this hotel for two days. The hotel's location is convenient, near the Han River. It's just over 1 km from My Khe Beach. The room quality is good, the bedding is clean, and the shower water and air conditioning are strong.

I chose the first night and decided to book another night because of the convenient location and reasonable price. The room was clean, the Daikin air conditioner was very cool, and the water pressure was strong. I stayed in an Executive room on a lower floor.

Everything was fine, nice, and convenient. The only thing is that the reception staff should pay attention to the guests' requests and avoid missing any information that could negatively impact the experience.

This place has everything a family with young children like mine could want. The rooms are modern, clean, and decorated exactly as advertised; the mattresses are comfortable, the air conditioning is conveniently placed; there's a TV with YouTube, strong Wi-Fi on every floor, clean and dry bathrooms, ample parking on both sides of the street in front of the hotel, and friendly, helpful staff. I went during the off-season, so the price was only 407k VND. My family has been to Da Nang many times, but we've never been so satisfied with a room that matched the advertised pictures as Kay. We will definitely come back! ❤

Considering the price, the location of the room is good. The room isn't too big, it's adequate, and it's clean.

The hotel is right in the center, within walking distance of the Love Bridge, Dragon Bridge, and Son Tra Night Market. It's also close to the beach, Con Market, and other central attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and airy, with daily cleaning service and an elevator. ❤️

I stayed here for two nights, the first and second days of Tet (Lunar New Year). It was a terrible experience. I booked a room for two adults and two children over 10 years old, but the room only had one double bed and one single bed. There was a constant cigarette smell in the room, both during the day and at night. When I complained to the staff, they had no other option but to say, "We prohibit smoking in the rooms, but I guess someone else was smoking." I was happy to be there for the New Year, but it was a truly awful travel experience. The only positive point about this hotel (or rather, guesthouse) is the view of the Han River, which is nice to watch the boats go by at night, and the fact that parking isn't prohibited on the street.
