Mình đặt phòng nhưng tới sớm check in sớm ,nhưng do phòng mình đặt khách chưa trả nên chưa có ,mình đồng ý sử dụng phòng khác , nhưng mình muốn phòng tương tự thì kh còn ,bắt nâng cấp lên phòng khác mà mình đi 2 người thuê phòng 2 giường. Mình ok , mình muon thuê phòng đó nữa ngày thôi nên mình yêu cầu đến 12g mình đổi qua phòng cũ thì kh chịu. Bắt mình vẫn ở phòng nâng cấp lên mà tính thêm nữa ngày. Vậy mình hỏi tính thêm tiền thuê phòng 2 giường nữa ngày mình ok là đúng ,nhưng tại sao không cho mình nhận phòng đã đặt trước sau 12g. Cái này khách sạn cố tình ép khách . Vì khách check in sớm thì thu thêm kh nói nhưng bắt khách kh được đổi phòng là quá vô lí. Tính ra mình thuê 1 phòng khách sạn mà tận 775k cho 1 đêm mà không có 1 cái tiện ích gì luôn, phòng không có nổi 1 cái máy sấy tóc. Chưa bao giờ mình đi khách sạn mà tệ như ở đây. Hầm xe thì không mở sẵn lúc nào muốn cất xe cũng đợi mở. Kh cất xe vô hầm thì để bên ngoài . Sáng mình trả phòng sớm 6g30 mà kh có lễ tầm trực phải đợi khoảng 15p rồi b còn đi check lại phòng , rất mất thời gian
