The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our trips were arranged by Buddy inn, we can recommend. You can arrange to come and go visit Ha Long overnight on the boat, Sapa also and wonderful Ninh Binh. Superb location in the heart of the action and yet a peaceful haven of tranquility. Lovely breakfast. Highly recommendation this hostel.

A wonderful place to stay in Hanoi. i have been here for 2 nights and enjoyed all times of great hospitality and service. Outstanding breakfast (banana pancakes) great location to explore the Old town of Hanoi. Fair price, comfy beds, clean rooms and good shower. Coffee, water.

At first, I heard some bad reviews so I was hesitant, but after seeing the location near the center, I thought I would just book it, but I didn't expect it to be so good. The receptionist finished the check-in procedure and took me to my room to give me detailed instructions while I said it was okay and I could do it myself. The hotel also has an elevator, not like some guests who said there was no elevator, which is wrong. And it's close to Hoan Kiem Lake and the train street cafe, so we could move around on foot very well.

I came from Saigon and spoke with a southern accent, so Hanoians didn't seem to like it and the two receptionists at the hotel also had a disrespectful attitude, like laughing rudely. The staff quoted the wrong room price while the price I booked on the app was lower and clearly displayed. Even when we asked to rent a car, the staff just answered perfunctorily and as if they didn't want us to rent one. In general, I feel afraid of Hanoians. In the South, I'm still the true love.

the facilities in the hotel are very complete, hair dryer, iron, extra pillows, AC and 2 fans. The staff are very friendly and helpful, There is no elevator and the staff are very helpful to carry the suitcase and lower it when checking out. I think it's very good service. thank you ^.^
