- When I book my room, it is noted that one bed room is arranged for a room with 2 beds. After contacting the receptionist, do not bring the key to change the room, but catch it and then take the old key to pay it ?! - The receptionist is not friendly, there are 2 male and female receptionists, especially female friends who do not have a smile, the guests 'information does not take more than 10 minutes to be checked in, the guests' furniture is many but not Someone transports household to elevator or room. Just standing on the spot only: leave me there ?! Then at check-in type without guests "To order that place 2h, there's room for you." The face couldn't smile. - The room is extremely foul, the toilet has a very bad smell, it is not supported in the room, and the room is changed twice. But staying for 1 night should stop accepting temporary accommodation. - 3-star hotel but no room for tea or coffee making service. - Low breakfast food, bad and abdominal pain. Fruits are broken. - Swimming pool in the sky, small and quite dangerous, no one manages. In general, the hotel outside is big, right on the sea but the service is very poor from protection to reception. Will not choose here any more. Compared to the room rate is not worthy.

Be free to update the room to view the balcony with the sea ... but the room has a lot of cows stuck in the closet and everywhere in the room ... changed rooms ... this lane is better but the toilet is peeled off Unpleasant odor despite first entering the room

Poor hotel, staff from the receptionist to the restaurant department are not looking at anything, looks like Vietnamese guests will not welcome foreigners, ask 10 questions answered ginger, unfriendly, receptionist so bad, to stall the restaurant staff when i sleep late to the restaurant no one asked me sad questions, staff sat eight jokes jokingly eating food buffer bright red left over o restaurant very unconscious The table is full of ants, when I contribute, the staff does not absorb, the bedroom is very unpleasant odor, hard mattress.
