Everything is ok. Feels intimate, near the lake, just a few steps walk away.

The security guard was enthusiastic. The room when we checked in was a bit disappointing because it didn't look very good, but the security guard came up and explained that the room was old, not dirty, and there were other rooms available so we could change to another room.

This is the 4th time I have stayed at this homestay, the previous 3 times were fine but this time it was too bad and unacceptable. We arrived 20 minutes earlier than check-in time, the security guard let us go to the room and saw the old guests' trash, the bed sheets had not been changed, and there was a blue boxer hanging on the balcony which looked terribly unhygienic. After that, we went down to report and heard the homestay owner calmly say "it's not 2pm yet, encourage the guests to sit and wait". We still happily sat and waited until exactly 2pm, but we had to wait another 2 minutes for the 2 cleaning ladies to appear. Instead of doing it right away, the ladies stood in the basement arguing loudly with the security guard, making the guests sit and wait on the sofa on the 1st floor, until nearly 5 minutes later my lover had to come down and remind them before they came up to clean. And the way they cleaned was sloppy: they only threw away the trash, changed the towels, the bed sheets were not changed, and the boxer on the balcony was still there, we just pulled the curtain to finish the job. A homestay that used to be of good quality but is operated in such an unprofessional, disrespectful and unhygienic manner is truly disappointing. I definitely will not return and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Very comfortable room, closed to Ho Tay so you take a walk easily.

The room is fully equipped. The hygiene is not as clean as other hotels but it is basic. I think it is okay and satisfied with this price!

Compared to the mid-week price, it is acceptable but the room looks very old, should be repainted to look more eye-catching, the bed sheet is itchy and the room has mosquitoes huhu. The security guard was very enthusiastic to change the room for me.

The room was flooded up to the bed, and the elevator broke down on the day. I had to carry my suitcase up the 7th floor and cry.

Everything is fine. Location near West Lake so you can walk around the lake.

If you have spices and cooking oil available, it will be more convenient. The projector is not very clear and cannot access Netflix. Everything else is okay. I will come back when I have the chance.
