M HOTEL DA NANG

Hotel lobby staff guy was helpful in communicating with our transport car. We somehow left our backpack in the car, can’t thank him enough. We had been upgraded to full beach view but the room didn’t have a bathtub which my partner booked originally. Overall it’s a nice hotel

I don't typically write reviews but people should definitely know that the windows do not block sound well and, at least on weekends, there is loud music at the beach clubs near by playing until late at night. I could not sleep at all, even with earplugs. Even though the hotel is quite nice looking, if you can't sleep what is the point? A few other things that are not bad, but weird, is that in many rooms there is not a nightstand on both sides of the bed or an outlet for your phone, so bring a long cord. Also, the space between the couch and bed on the side near wall (without nightstand) is tight and you have to squeeze through. Also you need a credit card/cash to buy food and drinks at hotel, you can't charge it to the room. Lastly, the refrigerator didn't get cold. The engineer came to the room to check and said he would replace it but never did. With 95 degree F heat, a cold water would be nice.

Best hotel in Da Nang, amazing room and service. One of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had in my life! Staff even organised a swan towel and small cake to welcome us for our wedding weekend on short notice. Thanks everyone and especially Mai.

M Hotel is wonderful!! We stayed for 5 nights and loved it. We had an oceanview room without a bath on level 23. I was worried that the room might be quite small, but it really wasn’t! The layout is very well designed and we were very impressed. Air con works great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was amazing, as was the daily high tea. Great food and variety. The pools are fantastic! I used the gym twice - it’s basic but adequate. I do wish it had some fans in it though. Very hot! I would highly recommend M Hotel. We loved our stay here and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Very new and well equipped rooms. Beautiful top 27th floor infinity pool. Staff is extremely nice & helpful. The Maia restaurant- bar on beach in front of hotel has free beach chairs, cabanas & umbrellas.

Nice hotel hotel buffet is pretty good however very stingy with certain things such as water and towels. You’re only allowed one towel a day which doesn’t make sense to me because of the weather in Vietnam. It is very hot. People tend to shower 2 to 3 times a day and when you go to the beach, you are most actually gonna get sand on your towel. I understand trying to save the environment however, I think two sets of towels a day more reasonable. Also, they do not give you bottles of water or drinks you only get it once a day which I also think is unreasonable. I feel like each person should get at least three bottles a day, considering the price of this hotel.

The only complaint I have is that the hotel only includes 2 towels. Any additional towel comes with a charge. I thought that was unusual. The guest relationship officer, flower, was super helpful.

Everything was great, great location, great ocean view, and friendly staffs. Will stay here again.

Great location to the beach. Staff were amazing. Breakfast included so that was a bonus. The pools on the roof top were 👌.

Positives: Great location, close proximity to the beach, cafes, beautiful sea view. Modern and new feel. Nice staff. Free coke/water/tea (kettle /tea bags) in room Daily cleaner. Negatives, Noisy, long waits for the lifts, crowded area for buffet breakfast (sometimes hard to get a seat, although going in early may resolve this).

Our stay at M hotel was amazing & would rate our experience a 10/10. The staff here were completely attentive & helpful & the cleanliness was always on point & had no complaints about the room or hotel in general. We would highly recommend this hotel for long or short stays & already look forward to returning & reliving our experience.

WOW!!! Location was PERFECT! Right across from the beach, great food choices close by, service was amazing. This will absolutely be the ONLY place i will be booking in Da Nang moving forward.
