Ưu điểm: khách sạn nằm vị trí thuận lợi mặt biển gần quảng trường biển Điểm không hài lòng: gia đình mình đi 3 người lớn 1 trẻ em, đặt hạng phòng classic có 2 giường cỡ queen, nhưng đến nơi khách sạn giao phòng standard 1 giường. Mình có phản hồi thì khách sạn báo là chỉ có loại phòng như thế. Ép khách vào ở, nếu không trả lại tiền. Mình khiếu nại với traveloka sau đó khách sạn cam kết đổi phòng, vì thế đến 5h chiều mình mới nhận được phòng do khách sạn đề xuất - khi chuyển đến phòng mới mình đứng ngoài thấy nhân viên tạp vụ không thay ga, không thay khăn - cuối giờ chiều khách sạn còn nhắn cho mình yêu cầu phụ thu 200k vì phòng đó hướng biển => trải nghiệm tại khách sạn quá tệ, không bao giờ quay lại => traveloka hỗ trợ kịp thời, nhanh chóng, hoàn lại cho mình 200k phụ thu.
