I had a pretty good experience at Max Hotel Hanoi. I stayed 1 night and checked in 1 hour early. The hostess was enthusiastic and helped me check in early. The room was spacious, painted in eye-catching green. The bathroom was a bit small but it was okay for one person. Next time if I have the opportunity to visit Hanoi, I will book a room at Max Hotel again.

Tới nơi nhân viên bảo đặt qua app ở được 2h, ở qua đêm phụ thu thêm tiền. Tính ra giá phòng đắt hơn so với các khách sạn tầm giá khu vực này. Còn phòng ở thì tương đối rộng, nhưng nhà vệ sinh nhỏ, mùi rất hôi, không sạch sẽ, chăn ga màu trắng nhưng cũ hết r.

App thì xác nhận nghỉ 1 đêm còn đến lúc nhận phingf thì lễ tân bảo nghỉ theo giờ đến lúc gọi cho nhân viên chăm sóc khách hàng của app thì không nghe máy thấy thất vọng

The stay period is from September 14 to September 15 until the bill is charged for an additional 200k (the price on the app is only for 2 hours a day). Lost another 80k for parking. Ask for a parking spot. Business is like shit

on the app clearly stated booking 1 night (even though the room at max hotel they said room only using 2 hours) the error from the app or the hotel I don't know but I paid and missed the plan, the night I had to go look for it another place to sleep while paying in full at MH
