The property was good though the kitchen is being redone. The lady running the drinks area was so kind in bringing me breakfast everyday and security very friendly as my friends and I entered and left the property. This hotel was a good choice for my stay in Ho Chi Minh City. The bed was quite firm and Asian style firm pillows were provided. I would choose to stay here again when I return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Evening check-in date: Security guards when guests go out at night ask, "Where is this time?" Service of the hotel 24/7. Check-in only 2 big towels, no 2 small towels. The receptionist and the whole room are not friendly. Attitudes and ways of talking are very unprofessional. On the second day, when asked to change towels, the staff of the room asked: Don't you have a room in the morning? Already cleaned up this morning! Ladies and gentlemen, the customer has requested a dirty towel to change a new towel. Does it need to be difficult ?! Service from people is not good. Management board needs to re-train service to employees!

Order online with quite cheap price. The room is clean, but the refrigerator in the room is quite noisy. Bedroom lights only light up 2 balls. The remaining balls are damaged. Only stay 1 night so it's okay. Breakfast included in the room rate. Noodles and iced milk coffee are quite good. Friendly employee. The hotel is quiet and quiet with no traffic because Ho Bieu Chanh street is small like an alley.

My friend stayed here for 3 nights and lost a beautiful sunglass case. My friend and I were very surprised, asked the hotel to find again, but no. So I will not go back to this hotel anymore.
