After this trip, we officially became big fans of Melia! We booked 2 suites for 8 people, were supported with early check-in and quick check-out, the room had a beautiful view overlooking the sea, the room was neat and clean, the staff was super friendly! We were also introduced to receive Melia voucher points of 200k and used them in the hotel area, everything was so nice, there was nothing to complain about, when going to Vinpearl area, we also got to go to priority queue, supported with Vinbus tickets ^^ I love Melia hihi

We were very satisfied with the 2 bedrooms Suite room. The space was spacious, extremely suitable for my family's needs. The room was exactly as beautiful as the promotional photos so I didn't take any more photos. All my requests for support were quickly and enthusiastically handled by the hotel staff. We will definitely return to this hotel next time.

Đi Nha Trang mà chỉ muốn nằm ở khách sạn hoài luôn, không muốn đi đâu khác hết á. Mình đến khách sạn lúc 11h tối sau khi đã lái xe 12 tiếng đồng hồ từ Hội An đến Nha Trang nên lúc này đã rất mệt và chỉ muốn nghỉ ngơi. Khi đến khách sạn và thấy ở đây có bãi đỗ xe rộng rãi cho khách đi ô tô, có welcome drink và thủ tục nhận phòng nhanh chóng làm mình cảm thấy thoải mái và có tâm trạng tốt hơn sau chuyến đi dài.

I like the hotel overall , the cleanliness and amenities it provides. I travel with a larger family 13 adult and 2 small children and i book total 3 room that allows 6 people in each room. But hotel ask me to pay extra for 1 guest fee and my kids count as adult, that is my only concern and was not happy about this locations. There also no parking spaces for vehicles over 7 seaters. Hotel i would give 5 star , staff and policy 3 star!!

Amazing rooms, communal spaces and buffet breakfast. Such a shame that the pool is situated where the sun is only felt before midday, after that there is constant shade so you need to go to the beach to enjoy the sun

I would highly recommend this hotel, the staff are amazing and even organised for a little birthday cake to be sent up to my room. Thuy at the buffet breakfast was so friendly and sweet and made great recommendations on which options to try, thanks Thuy, you are lovely! The hotel is better than the pictures, super clean and very fancy and the most comfortable bed

Melia is for me the place I feel like home, easy and fast check in, recognition of guest, amenities in the room, I was surprised that the arrival letter card was written for me and my partner, this was awesome detail as they have the records, it is always a pleasure to stay here as well the food has improved greatly, very happy as usual
