Although it is on Bui Vien street, I don't think it's too noisy. I only stayed for 1 night but the room was ok, provided with hair dryer, soap, shampoo, shower gel... The owner was also very enthusiastic and friendly. But the minus point is that I found the bathroom floor a bit sticky, the trash can was full but didn't seem to be replaced. Overall, it's 8/10.

The room was dirtier than I thought, the sewer from the toilet was rising up so I couldn't sleep. I tried until midnight and had to find another hotel to book. The air conditioner seems to be out of gas so it only blows air but not cool air. The bathroom door handle fell off, the room was damp and dusty everywhere @@ So it felt like the sheets were dirty too. If you miss booking, you will lose money for 2 nights at the hotel and never come back.

This hotel just in the middle of Bu Vien Street where during night time becoming super busy with Saigon night life. The room is clean and very friendly staffs, I like them and very helpful. The hotel is good for single young traveler.
