I waited for 5 minutes to ask, so the staff picked up the phone (probably called to clean the room) and announced another 20 minutes? I was really annoyed because my family had young children, but had to travel far too tired and then still caught waiting. The hotel lobby did not turn on the air conditioner, the fan had only a small one, while it was very hot. The staff didn't pour water for us when we sat in it, but it was only when I was so frustrated about waiting so long that the staff poured 1 cup of water (while we were 2 couples and 2 children)? At 2:45 am, we were allowed to check in, then met the cleaning staff who were not friendly, the room had a large bed and a small bed, but the small bed was cushioned and still inert like a wooden counter. I have asked why there is no cushion? So you said that the previous guests got dirty, so there was no cushion instead? It is ridiculous for this reason. I waited for a short time but I did not see anyone bringing a cushion so I called the receptionist, but after a while the receptionist brought a thin blanket to sleep temporarily 👎
