I spent 3 days here and I highly appreciated the service and the staff here were quite friendly. I ate at Aura (restaurant in the resort) on my last night and had a seafood noodle dish here. I complained and couldn't eat it, then the restaurant manager (I don't know her name) came and apologized profusely and offered to compensate with a drink. My friend and I said it was okay and happily let it go because the restaurant was quite crowded and the staff was enthusiastic, but she refused so we took some soft drinks to drink kkk. I wanted to ask her name so I could have a more detailed review but it wasn't convenient to ask (I went on the evening of June 13). In general, the staff here are great, the rooms are clean, the view is quite nice and the breakfast buffet is delicious. I am very satisfied after my stay here.

If I had known their main pool was under maintanence I wouldn't even consider booking this hotel. The residence pool was far and the buggy services were slow. Most of their staff can only communicate in basic or minimal English, given this is a 5 star hotel, their communication skills are expected to be on par but no. Room service was great. Food tastes good. House keeping did not clean our room on the 1st day as we told them we will be out by noon, perhaps there was miscommunication. 2nd day they did not come again and we had to call reception to remind them before we head out. It was fine on following days. Room is spacious and clean, however, their bathroom shower has very very low pressure. Bathtub water is a little yellowish. Overall, still a pleasant stay.

I love this hotel so much. It 's the first time to visit this hotel. This hotel have many activities and a lot of area to enjoy with my couple. Breakfast Breakfast is so delicious. Every staff are friendly. The room is clean and beautiful. Thank you the housekeeping that turn down our room everyday. And the best love is chocolate fondue complimentary at lounge. Thank you to make my weekend is so wonderful.

Mới tới khách sạn thì không có bellman nào giúp gia đình mình mang hành lí vào, cả nhà cứ thế khệ nệ vác đồ đi qua bàn lễ tân để để đồ xuống ghế ròi mới checkin được mà cũng không có ai giúp, kiểu vừa đến ngơ ngác kbiet đâu vào đâu cũng chả ai ra hỏi gì í. Xong thì welcome drink cũng không có, trong khi đó là quyền lợi KH và được nhắc đến trong chính sách phòng luôn cơ. Phản ánh lại với khách sạn thì lễ tân có xin lỗi và báo bù sau nhưng cũng không thấy nữa, mình không thấy đâu nữa, vẫn nhớ nhưng thôi chả nhẽ có cốc nước mà cứ đòi mãi cũng không đáng thành ra nhỏ mọn. Lúc vào checkin còn phát sinh 1 khoản phí là 4 triệu đặt cọc, thực ra không vấn đề gì vì nhiều khách sạn như vậy nhưng mình bị bất ngờ ấy, kiểu không có nói gì trước đến khoản phí này nên bị bất ngờ và không hài lòng lắm. Tổng quan thì Movenpick ở cũng được, sạch sẽ xịn gọn gàng, cũng green, và đặc biệt ưng nhất là bữa sáng, rất nhiều rất ngon rất đầy đặn và đủ đa dạng từ âu ấn á chay mặn ngọt đủ cả luôn ấy, nói chung là ưng nhất bữa sáng. Đồ ăn gọi về phòng cũng ngon và nhiều, gọi suất kid thì vừa với người lớn việt nam còn suất adult thì thành ra 2 người ăn mới hết í. Nói chung đâu fbeeps bên này rất ưng, không chê vào đâu được. Bạn nào muốn ở nghri dưỡng thì oke, còn như nhà mình thường đi lại di chuyển thích đông vui như trung tâm thì mỗi lần di chuyển ra trung tâm với đi về sẽ mất 300k, thành ra rất tốn tiền di chuyển. Biển của bên này cũng được, sạch sẽ trong nhưng cát nhân tạo hay gì nó không mịn lắm. bể bơi của khách sạn cũng oke nhé và mọi người thường ra bể bơi bơi hơn ra biển.

The RedRiver Tour advertising in Hotel is ridiculous. I called them to book the VIN8 luxury tour deep sea fishing the price on advertise was $2600.000. Their jackpot the price for $3500.000. I asked them why their said oh the one in the hotel is old. New price is $3500.000. I canceled the booking hangup the phone. 2 minutes later Redriver tour called back negotiate the price with me for $2800.000 then $2650.000. But I have to pay for both way transportation. That was advertising included pickup from Hotel. I wonder Movenpick collaborate with Redriver Tour to scamming Tourists

Khách sạn đẹp, sạch sẽ nhân viên rất nhẹ nhàng, nhiệt tình phong cách phục vụ chuyên nghiệp. Nói chung là rất oki thích hợp cho nghỉ dưỡng của các gia đình hay là tuần trăng mật. Có dịp quay lại Phú Quốc sẽ book khách sạn lnua, xứng đáng là khách sạn 5* mang cầm cỡ quốc tế🥰

My family had a wonderful Tet holiday at Movenpick! Extremely friendly staff, nice rooms, delicious food, clean beach! The resort has many interesting Tet programs 😍

Room is big and location is good. But no room service. No staff so service is quite slow. Food at breakfast buffet is cold. If you stay at level 7 you can smell the bad smell from ground floor.

Recommend for families when vacationing here. Nice and quite new room, good service & 2 hours late check out without charge 🥰. If you are lazy like me and don't want to move a lot, playing in a hotel is enough. There is one that is more foreign guests than Vietnamese, so breakfast is not suitable for traditional believers

It 's a beautiful & excellent world-class ocean-view resort where we enjoyed an outstanding courteous service, along with freshly delicious local cuisine & relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely share our wonderful experience with friends-and certainly return often, thanks!

The room is like the picture, my family's experience is great, breakfast buffet in a 5-star restaurant. I have a small child at home, check out more than 1 hour late is still ok. Wonderful!

+ Quá bình thường so với giá + Hôi, mở cửa ra là mùi hôi sộc vào mũi + Nhân viên không thân thiện (lễ tân lịch sự nhưng không niềm nở) + Hành lang không lau dọn thường xuyên + Máy lạnh hoạt động rất yếu + Không có chuyến xe hỗ trợ khách đến trung tâm
