The hotel has a swimming pool suitable for children, clean restrooms, however, the shower water on the 4th floor is weak. The room is in an alley so it's a bit hard to find, close to the walking street. Basically, the room is good for the experience

- The hotel is located in a small alley, cars cannot enter, so if you have a lot of luggage, please note. - The hotel has 4 floors, but the elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor, on the 4th floor, you have to carry your luggage up the stairs 1 floor. It's not a hotel, it's more like a motel. - The room has 1 double bed, 1 single bed but is super small, just enough space for 2 beds, and it's an iron bed, the bathroom is just big enough to stand, - The air conditioner is old, the small room is turned to 18 degrees, it's not cool, let alone cold. - Check out at 12pm but it's only 11:50am, the cleaning staff came up and asked you to bring your luggage down and check out for them. - The swimming pool is on the ground floor, right at the entrance of the hotel, the dining table and family kitchen are also right there, no privacy. - The only plus point is that the receptionist is very cheerful and cute.

I think with that price, this room is very ok. If there were glasses in the room, it would be perfect. If I go to Hue again, I will definitely choose New World Hotel.

It was a delightful trip and Mr. Ngoc did an outstanding job because of helping us in the last minute. We need an extra ticket for our son and the way she quickly solved the problem for us show her professional which impressed us the most. Honestly, we feel grateful for her support. The hotel we stayed at, it was clean, and the host welcomed us with sincere hospitality. I must say the price for renting motorbike was a little bit expensive, but it was the new model. I guess you get what you pay for. Oh, for 3 days we was under heavily rain so there was no problem with the traffic but you might find yourself under a circumstances where every sightseeing was empty 🥶

Dc is clean, the rest of the room is small. I booked a room on the 4th floor, I only took the elevator to the 3rd floor and had to climb up the small stairs to get to the room The air conditioner could not adjust the temperature, the WC was super small

The room rate includes breakfast, but when I don't remember and the owner did not mention this issue. In the morning when I went to have breakfast, the owner asked me where to go, I replied to go to breakfast, but the room owner was also silent, not mentioning that I had a free breakfast at all.

Phòng nhỏ nhưng rất xinh xắn, anh chị rất nhiệt tình. Nhưng mình có 1 điều chia sẻ mình thuê xe vison chị chủ bảo lấy đỡ chiếc lead rồi chiều đổi vison lại cho, lúc sáng mình đổ 50k xăng chạy đúng có xuống chợ Đông Ba ăn bún rồi chạy về khách sạn, về tới mình có nhắc chị là hút xăng xe sang vison dùm mình, chị chủ bảo chị rồi chị hút ra mà. Đến chiều mình nhận xe quên xem kim xăng chạy ra khỏi ngõ Nguyễn Công Trứ xăng còn đúng 1 nấc đỏ, buổi chiều đó mình đi ăn bánh ép ở Lê Ngô Cát thế là hết xăng, hên gặp cây xăng ngay ngã 3. Lúc về mình phản ảnh lại chị bảo do anh kia hút chứ chị không biết. Vậy là không nói thiệt với khách rồi. 50k không tới đâu nhưng khách du lịch lần đầu tiên đến Huế tìm được cây xăng để đổ rất khó.

Thank you for staying at my hotel 1st: I rented a LEAD car and wanted to exchange it with Vision, I also followed my request. I have a gas report that has been poured and you are a gas smoker, but you can suck out nearly 1 liter and pour it through Vision car for me. When I came back in the afternoon to report that I ran out of gas, she said oh, I'm not used to smoking, so I came out a little bit and she said that after smoking, the Lead car was delivered to the tenant and then she pointed at the customer sitting. I said it was a LEAD car for him to rent, but I didn't say that he smoked like I misrepresented writing above. I think my 50k gas is too big but you have to lie to get my gas, if you don't understand, you have to ask and clarify, but if you misrepresent it, it's your fault. thuws2 rented a car from her side, she quoted a price of 120-150k depending on the new and old car. I exchanged a new Vision car for you for 150k / 1 day. but when I paid, she still said the car was 150k but she took me 120k / 1 day. Why can't you see me writing this? When I checked out, I still saw that the two children were happy, but why did I have a question about gasoline? but I'm going to distort another story. but I still thank you for staying at my hotel.
